Duncan Rex Plymate CEO and Founder was born and currently lives in Tacoma, WA.  He spent half his life in Albuquerque, NM  attending High School  (Eldorado High School) and College (University of New Mexico). While based in the Pacific Northwest, he finds time making frequent trips to NM visiting family and friends.

Prior to 2000, he worked in the maritime fishing and refrigeration/HVAC industries.  In early 2000, he began a career in the Material Handling industry with ToyotaLift Northwest, where he managed a rental fleet of forklifts, quickly transitioning to outside sales.  During his time at ToyotaLift NW, his focus was on the conversions of warehouse forklifts from IC (internal combustion) to Electric power.

In 2011, he began a career with All Battery Sales and Service, Headquartered in Everett, WA.   His primary interest with sustainable energy storage and distribution systems has been core to his engagement within the power industry..
